Things customers look out for when reading your reviews

Most customers now read reviews before they finally select a company they can trust enough to patronize. This is especially for online stores that they have to patronize remotely, pay and expect their goods to be delivered to them after a few days. It would be unwise to pay ahead without being able to trust that the company is not only going to deliver the right goods but that it is going to deliver them in the right conditions. This article will discuss what customers look out for when reading reviews about your company.

    Your products
The first thing the customer wants to know is the type of products that you offer and their quality. For instance, if a customer wants to buy a sneaker, he would want to be sure that not only does the fashion company sell shoes, but that they also sell sneakers. Thus, he would look out first to be sure that your company sells sneakers. When he is sure of this, he would then want to read further to know the type of sneakers that your company sells. The customer will be able to read about customers that have ordered different brands, sizes and colors of sneakers, especially the brand, size and colors they are interested in. They want to be sure that the won’t order for a size 12 and get a size 14 or other for navy blue and get sky blue. They also don’t want to order for plain color sneakers and get multiple colors. Thus, they would check to know what customers have to say about the products they are ordering for, how it would be delivered as well as the durability and quality of the sneakers.

    Services
The next thing customers would want to look out for after they are sure that you can deliver the right product to them is your services. This includes how they can order for the shoe, how soon the shoe will be delivered to them, how the shoe will be delivered to them and what would happen if they are not happy with the shoe and they want to return it. Thus, they would look out for reviews about people who stated that they got the shoe on time or they got the shoe after a week. They would also check for reviews about they expected a black shoe and got a white shoe, but the company agreed to change it, which they did or the company returned their money when they didn’t have the black shoe or the company refused to either change the shoe or refund them. They would also look out for comments that suggest you have been implementing consumer feedback to get better.

    Customer service
The last thing they would be looking at is customer service. A customer would hope not to have any reason to reach out to your customer service. However, they want to be sure that in the undesirable event that they have to contact your customer service department, your customer service staff won’t make the whole situation worse than it should be by not attending to them properly.
